Caribe inflatable warranty issues

Has anyone ever dealt with Caribe on a Warranty issue? If so, how difficult were they (or not) to deal with? Also does anyone know if the warranty is transferable to a new owner? I know, for instance, that Zodiac Warranties are transferable. Any help in this regard would really be helpful.

All warrantees should be transferable since manufacturers warrant that their product is supported for a given ammount of time so it is irrelevant who owns the product within the warranty period. In practice the resale value is affected by the existence of a valid warranty
