Battery booster/power source

I've been thinking about buying one of those battery booster packs that you use to boost a dead start battery. Most of them also have the 12 volt sockets and many also have the USB ports to charge phones etc. I have seen some with 120 volt inverters as well which I like the idea of having but it seems that those also have the air compressors built in which I do not want. Any suggestions for ones that are under say $75 bucks that do not have compressors but maybe have the inverters?

The cheap ones don't hold up. Don't plan on starting a diesel engine with one. Read product reviews on the sites that sell the cheap ones your looking at.

That's what I'm seeing. Although I do only have a 9.9 hp. But I don't want to be replacing the battery in one next year or tossing it due to Chinese throw away electronics.
