Adhesive for Highfield cover snap attachments

A couple of the snap attachments for the cover on our Highfield tender have come off. Does anyone know the correct adhesive to use to reattach these?

Re: Adhesive for Highfield cover snap attachments

Highfield tube fabrics are either Valmex® PVC from the reputed Melher Texnologies in Germany, or ORCA® Hypalon, from the standard bearer in commercial tube design, Pennel and Flipo in France. PVC & Hypalon use different adhesives/cements.
