AB boat hin question

Why is it that my new to me AB inflatable boat has a 2-row HIN?

The first row starts with COXMO and the title has XMO, then the second row has EGZ and then the numbers.

Never seen this before and I'm not sure if it has something to do with the location these boats are manufacture which is in Colombia.

Any ideas?

The twelve-character HIN is made up of three letters, which indicate:
Manufacturer Identification Code (MIC)
Five-character serial number
Month and year of production
Model Year
