Can it be serviced again? Is it worth keeping if not?

At that age and lack of servicing you will probably need expensive
parts in the service, like valves or a tank. A service shop should give you a verbal guide or maybe inspect fo free and quote. They will probably hope you will just say chuck it after they say what it costs and if you don't then they will not re-pack it. They will keep it then. It's a frustrating business tied up by regulation and liability fears and restrictive business practices. There is so much waste. It does my
head in.
I bet the cost is close to that of a new one and if you service an old one, then to stay
legal you need to service annually, so by sticking with it you are committing to a couple more services. A new one goes 3 years between services (unless Solas rated). So, probably get a new one.
