Winches Identification

Hi my sister recently moved house and found these in my loft. My brother in law was for putting them in the bin. I think they are boat winches. Can anyone help me identify them please. I think they are made of bronze or brass. I posted a short video clip of them.

Yes, those are single speed direct drive winches, suitable for use an a small trailer sailor or other small yacht. Older style handles, likely just sleeve bearings, not worth too much, but not junk to be binned.
