which light wind sail for Chesapeake Bay

I went down the rabbit's hole and got lost. Trying to decide on a light wind sail. So many different companies and prices. North sail, Quantum and Peak Sails. We have dedicated halyard and bowsprit attachment points. We would like to leave the sail up for a few day on a trip so a furler would be ideal.

I have and like Doyle's UPS for 45*AWA to about 105*AWA on a Facnor furler. Beyond that a 3/4 oz. cruising chute on a sleeve.
