Where to Get Replacement Springs for Cams

I have an old block with a cam for my mainsheet, but it is missing a spring. Places like west marine want me to buy a whole new block for $40 or more when I need a spring that would cost 40 cents. Is there a website that sells these parts? Is there a way I can make a spring?

I've had good luck with "Rigging Only". They're online, but a 'phone call will get you a real rigger with good advice.

or for a different take.......I've often replaced just the cam cleat before. Dinghy cleats usually fit mainsheet blocks.
