Transom seats... Need a site... Or idea...
Hello all,
I just purchased a Ranger 26 and would love to put transom seats off of the aft stanchions. Does anyone know any good sites that sell them. I have been unable to find any after market attachable ones. The only other option is to have them customized into my stainless rear stanchions.
Any ideas would be greatly apreciated.
Aloha...

They do look pricey.. I've been considering getting standard stainless connectors & bits (available from chandleries or online) to construct a frame & put some planks on top

Great, the stern perch is exactly what I was looking for. Made out of starboard it looks like, and the added drink holder seals the deal. $279 without cushions is not bad. Thanks svhylyte

Hi all,
there is also one on the market that you can remove easily, see here:
Niro Petersen KG
I have them on board and are very happy with it because i take them
away whenever i want.

Thanks Lampe,
I checked out the catalog, I don't think those will work on my boat because I only have one horizontal stanchion rail across the stern. However there are about a hundred other things in that catalog that I could certainly use.

This is a ranger 26. As you can see I don't ave a lot of transom/aft stanchion to work with.
