Roller Furling Installation Oahu, Hawaii

Looking for someone to point me in the direction on where to look to find someone to install a roller furling on my sailboat. I haven't posted on Craigslist yet, trying here first. I just need to find some information. Planning on having the roller furling installed before 2011. Also any help on finding out where to look to find people knowledgeable in refitting the riggings and line of a sailboat who needs a job. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I like North sails too. There are a couple of great riggers associated with them. This is an old number but might work 808-591-9192.

I have a Cal 30 at La Mariana. I am having a hard time finding a rigger. The one's I've dealt with are not very business like. They don't call to keep you updated, don't show up, waste your freaking time.

I called McCreedy, replied, said he could help me. Said to call back the next monday. I left voice mail, emailed back, he totally blew me off.

Got Ty Pryne. He came out, inspected, told me what I need. Said he'd take care of it. Called this thursday, tells me he be there after lunch. Never came back or called. WTH!

I've dealt with filipino weed whackers who were more business like! Think I'll just ask some of the guys at the marina.

If you ain't gonna show, are too busy, don't what to do it, whatever, CALL ME BACK LET ME KNOW WTF IS GOING ON!

It's the island way of doing business. I've found the same thing with many businesses here. Don't count on anyone calling you. Just keep calling them. If they don't return your calls within a couple of hours then move on to the next guy in the phone directory.
I had a deal going where I was to meet someone to pick up a load of lumber and I hooked up my big trailer and made the trip to town. He was out fishing and never called. Really exasperating but what can you do?

Know any others than the two I mentioned. There aren't many riggers in the Oahu directory.
