Is there a drum that can be clamped on to my existing foil to allow the sail to be rolled?

Doubtful. What is your existing foil? Something like a tuffluff?

Not sure. I has two sides for a luff rope.

Don’t forget that the complicated part is not the drum but the “sail hoisting line adaptor” at the top end.

Halyard swivel

Is it white plastic and looks like this?

You might be able to adapt a drum and halyard swivel to that extrusion but would bet it would blow up. Looks to be PVC or some other plastic so won't take well to the twisting at the ends. Think you'd best start looking for a used furler system if new isn't in your budget.
