Rigger in Costa Rica

Dear all.

This may be a long shot but I need to find a rigger in Costa Rica that can change a shroud for me - preferably someone on the pacific coast but at this point I will take any available info!

You may have to get it made up elsewhere and sent in. Needed a shroud replacement in Indonesia (population 275 million) and my choices were Singapore or Oz. Had one made up in Perth and sent to Christmas Island. Sailed there from Bali with some jury-rigged backup for cap shroud with a broken strand.

Have it made in or sent to Panama (shipping to Panama from US is cheap and easy), and pop across the border by bus to pick it up.
I knew folk in Golfito who bussed to Panama for groceries, just because Panama is such a better country than CR.
This is assuming you can switch out the shroud yourself once you have it. If not, you may have to jury rig something to get you to Shelter Bay marina in Limon Bay, where there's a good-sized service yard.
