Pre-fab Pulpit Feet?

I am looking at having some dorade guards made up. My local welder does not know a source of prefabricated foot plates for them. Does anybody know a source? They would be similar to the ones used on pulpits or stern rails. I'm looking for round ones.

Check out Defender, they carry several prefab stanchion bases, various diameters and angles.
