Online store for rigging parts

Can anyone advise me a good online store/chandler for rigging parts in the US?

I'm after a spacer to lift the furler off the deck and allow movement fore/aft and sideways, saw a nice setup on a oyster 46 but haven't been able to find it online.

Re: Online store for rigging parts

Try defender.com for common rigging stuff, or rigrite.com for more specialized. I suspect rigrite can get anything you want, but you may have to ask.

Second the recommendation to try Defender but also try Mack Sails in Stuart FL which is also a full service rigging company Mack Sails Sailmakers for mainsails, headsails, genoas, spinnakers, lazy jacks or Sailing Services in Miami Sailing Services - Rigging, Lifelines, Winches, Furling Systems, Supplies, Ropes

It seems you need a furler toggle. A quick Google search brought up this:

Harken Cruising Furlers Toggle Assemblies & Adaptors

Re: Online store for rigging parts

A lot of rigging supply outfits on the internet just sell supplies but are not really riggers.

Rigging Only employs guys that really know rigging and do a lot of rigging themselves. Talk to Tom, he is a wealth of knowledge and a nice guy!

Try Sailboat Hardware, Boat and Yacht Line, Marine Electronics, Optimist Sail Boats and Parts which is owned by an experienced professional rigger.

Re: Online store for rigging parts

I recommend finding a local shop where you can build a relationship and get good parts and advice. If your local guys don't want to help you sort this small problem, you have walked into the wrong shop.

I would recommend the integrated Schaefer link/toggle. They come in various pin sized and can be cut and drilled to the exact dimensions you need. They have a super nice finish too.

Schaefer Long Integral Toggle Links at Mauri Pro Sailing Store
