Looking for best rigger in Long Island Sound

I have a contessa 32 and I'm looking for a rigger to install an inner forestay (removable) so that I'm prepared for foul weather. Can anyone please recommend their favorite rigger and tell me why you love them. Greatly appreciated.

Jeff Lazar, (718) 885-2468, Performance Yacht Management, is pretty much the last rigger on City Island. He's done good work for me, but is swamped this time of year. If anyone wants a career opportunity he may be looking for an apprentice.
The guys at Doyle sails could probably do a good job if you bought the staysail from them at the same time, but I don't think they do just rigging.
