lifelines length on Cape Dory 30

Hi
want to take advantage of today's special on West Marine to replace my lifelines.
Normally will just remove and measure except we have a winter storm!!!
I believe a 30' long wire should cover,looking at the data base,considering the LOA includes the bowsprit?that will give me a foot to 18"?
The kits jump from 30' to 40' and hate to waste the extra wire if no need.
Any ideas?

No gates? The bow & stern pulpits probably reduce the lengths a bit from the LOD.

that's my thinking that the bowsprit will reduce the LOA enough to work with 30'
Also your point about the stern,did not consider the pulpit and that also gives extra reduction,just by eyeballing will guess get a total of at least 2 ft

This year's weather been a PITA.
