It is like pulling teeth just to get them to come and quote anything. I paid them for a rigging check almost 4 months ago and still waiting for a quote to complete the repairs that need doing. I had them measure for interior cushions at the same time, still no dice. Every time I walk in the office it is in chaos and panic due to self induced disorganization.


I have given up on them and looking elsewhere. YMMV but this has been my experience. Might want to avoid.

I feel the stress in that place as well, they seem nice enough.
