Diesel Deck filler

Can anyone advise where I can source a spanner to fit this deck filler.
The tool supplied is cast aluminium and has snapped - I need a stainless replacement tool to open the deck filler.
Boat is Beneteau Swift trawler. I have been unable to locate the manufacturer of this deck filler.

Looks like a flange end of a#24 winch!

Capt Phil. Thank you for your reply. I have a winch handle which fits the anchor winch. The size does not fit the fuel filler cap. Attached is pdf of the current broken handle with details of the drive dimensions.
