Crack in the hull below Stern tube

How would you fix this crack? Boat was held a weekend on crane straps before being lowered to the water after 7 month on the dry. The cracks are 25-30 cm long and are on both sides of the hull. leaks a small amount of water. The area is a short bilge below the shaft as it exits the stuffing box forward. It was always wet, sounds, looks and feels thin, has small, acid- free gel coat deep blisters. Access from inside is limited without removing the shaft which will not be removed.
The cracks are below the crane aft strap and were not there before the crane lifted the boat for refloating it.
