water tank withdrawal fittings?

I'm building an integral waster tank at the moment....and now trying to find some fittings to use for the water withdrawal. My plan was to have the withdrawal higher up with some kind of tube or pipe down to the bottom....

Question is...cant find any good fittings. Needs to go thru a 18mm bulkhead....and 90 degree down to the bottom of the tank....and a 12mm hose barb on the other side.

Ideas?
