Wow, um.... respectfully I would ask if you could consider that the OP didn't provide a lot to go on other than the fact that the seacock was threaded onto a through
hull which appears to have no flange nut holding it in, as if the seacock is acting as the nut. With only this info, and no picture, we did our best to theorize what they might be dealing with.
I supplied some pictures of what I thought might be the situation, and a way to counterhold when trying to remove the seacock.
Others suggested various methods to cut it off.
Most agree that hauling out before trying anything is recommended.
The OP has yet to respond in any way, even to clarify or provide a picture, or say thank you for our efforts to help.
