Washdown vs pressure pump difference?

Does anyone know the differences between these two types of pumps? Are there any issues if I use the washdown pump for pressure on my freshwater system, in a pinch?

I have used normal pressure pumps for wash down with no apparent issues. Maybe the wash down types are a bit higher volume and pressure on the pressure switch cutoff...?

Washdown pumps are high pressure/highvolume. Water system pumps are generally low pressure/low volume.
