Vitrifrigo DW210 seals

This is a two drawer fridge freezer. Does any one have a link to a video or instruction sheet on how to replace the drawer seals, the current ones are very tired and the rubber seems to have set inside the track making it very difficult to remove cleanly.

For those that are unlikely to be wondering, the seal eventually was scraped out with a small screw driver, there was sealant and what appeared to be glue in the track - so a real tedious job. Once cleaned out the new seal just pressed in easily.
