Type of AC unit?

Hey guys, perhaps you can help me figure this mystery out.
A couple of years ago I saw an ad in the back of one of the sailing magazines for a portable air conditioner.
I remember looking up the site and watching a video they had up. The unit was some kind of box you put overboard that gets cool in the water and a hose comes up in through a hatch and blows out cooler air.

Does anyone know what this could be? For some reason I believe the company may have been German.

It's the cabin cooler.
