Stupid handle for Flow-rite diverter valve

Hi, my 1991 cooper prowler has Flow-rite diverter valves installed for forward and aft heads. The plastic handle to switch the positions is now broken. Does anyone know where I might find one? I have searched the interwebs to no avail.
The fit is so close that not even a small visegrip will fit to turn the post between the sewage lines. The post is a round shaft with a flat bottom and is about 3/8". Any suggestions would be happily accepted!
Thanks,
Steve
