Spectra Newport 400: Fresh Water Flush

Our Fresh Water Flush is not working.

The panel acts like everything is ok (timer countdown) but the pumps are not operating- everything is quiet. We tried flipping on the manual flush, again nothing happens. Please note that turning on the watermaker manually works just fine.

It seems that the pump is not getting instructions to run during the flush. There are no alarms.

Any suggestions?

We changed out all filters and it worked for one flush. But then we made water and the fresh water flush didn’t work again. Ugh.
