replacing my stock Jebsco manual head

I am replacing my stock Jebsco manual head (aft) with a Jabsco 37245-4192 Quiet Flush Electric Marine Toilet Pump Regular Bowl. Has anyone done thsi conversion? I see that this has a remote intake pump. where do you instal this? what's the wiring look like?
