But it can and apparently IS flooding your bowl. So why not "convert" it to the version designed to use pressurized flush water. Among other reasons, toilets designed to use pressurized flush water are MUCH quieter because the don't have an intake pump (another reason to convert: replacing the Jabsco 37010 intake impeller requires taking the whole pump apart).
