Quick 20lt Nautic Boiler

Looking for a bit of advice from anybody familiar with the boilers.

I have an annoying leak on the cold water intake, it is dripping from behind the blue plastic washer that covers the joint between the inlet pipe and the cylinder and wondered if anybody knows how this joint is made. I think I am going to have to try an extract the boiler from the boat to effect a repair but I would like to know what I am dealing with or if anyone has had a similar problem

It looks like they have built the boat around the boiler !!

Thanks
