PVC or Marelon for 1-1/2" Sanitary Elbow

Facing the chore of replacing the hose on my head. Got the good hose but there are two 90 degree bends that I don't like and while the 102 hose might make the bend it's not likely to be very happy.
I have seen some PVC elbows (sch 40) that suit this purpose an provide a nice smooth transition, which makes sense for solids flow, however these unions will be below water line and of course they carry effluent...
The Marelon offering is going to be two pieces threaded together and forming a tight 90 (nice for fit but not for flow?).
I would really appreciate some feedback. Regret that I couldn't find a thread that handled this.

Perhaps a fiberglass exhaust elbow would suffice?

Dometic/SeaLand has a complete selection of PVC tank and inline fittings SeaLand PVC hose fittings A bit on the expensive side, but excellent quality.

I use PVC with 90 degree hose barb fittings for tight corners.

We just used Saniflex hose, 90° bends not an issue. Bends weren't all that tight, in our case...

I was concerned with the PVC option for strength but having a 'blessing' from Peggie, along with another user gives me faith that this is a viable path.

You might want sweeping elbows in sanitation piping. Sharp right angles are clog points. I am forced to have one sharp right angle in my setup and it does get clogged from time to time - mostly due to land lubber guests that like to use a lot of TP.

I have used curved electrical conduit to get a gentle bend--it works fine. Use double hose clips, and you should have few problems if any. Sharp right angle bends are just asking for trouble no matter how neatly they fit into corners.
