Pumping Antifreeze out of tank

Have a Four Winns 214 Funship with Flojet water pump. First time boat owner, would like to know how to pump out antifreeze out of water tank after de winterizing. Thought it would be easy so I didn't pay to have it done. Boat has forward and aft wash down hoses with sink in bow. Freshwater switch in bathroom engages pump and it is working, but i cannot get any water/ antifreeze out of the forward hose or sink after filling tank. Am I missing something really obvious? HELP please! Thanks

You have more than likely a shut of valve, turned off I think.
