Powersurvivor 160e Watermaker Question

In looking at the specs for the 160e I see dimensions for the unit given as 6X16X14 inches. Do these figures mean that the membrane unit is no longer than 16"? thanks

Re: Powersurvivor 160e Watermaker Question

Membrane is actually about 25", with some extra space needed at the end for connecting hoses. So figure close to 30" of space.

That is about the size of the pump and valve assembly, The membrane tube is about 24 inches long plus has some fittings that stick out a couple of inches on each end.

Thanks for clearing that up. I guess the specs aren't much good for planning purposes.
