Pickling a Watermaker

I know amongst all the posts there are many about pickling, but I can't find one about how much Sodium Metabifulfite to add to how many gallons of fresh water. I originally had a 110V DIY Watermaker - useless and I see they are out of business. When I bought the system I got spares, including a cleaning cartridge and a pickling cartridge. Problem is labels went black so no idea which is which as they look the same. I will be leaving boat for awhile so need to pickle, thus I bought the Metabisulfite. I now have a Echoctec pump and membrane.

Two tablespoons per gallon

Your welcome, if you mix up 5 gallons that should be enough for most installations

SJust an important warning about metabisulfite....DO NOT use it in s Spectra water maker it will destroy the Clark Pump Seals
