Need Help Troubleshooting Dessolator D60

Hey all!

I've discovered my D60 12 volt Watermaker has some clanking noise that occurs after the watermaker runs for 10 -12 minutes or so that is indicated with a rapid drop in water quality - the Poor-Good-Danger meter goes from good to poor quickly as a loud clanking occurs. It continues to get worse until the system shuts down. I'm not sure yet what part of the watermaker is making the noise but I'm just putting this out there as a way to get some suggestions on what the problem may be.

Ideas/recommendations to repair/diagnose?

Thanks a bunch!

Rob
