L’oceane 330 liter water tank

In my 2011 Beneteau sense 50, it has a 330 liter l’oceane des plastics water tank">fresh water tank. The level sender unit inside the tank has come loose and it’s banging around, like a ghost at night banging on the pipes.
Anyone know the procedure to access red cap and get inside??

I have a similar one in my Dufour. The red cap on mine screws open easily. I use a suitable piece of wood and a poly grip or just a really big wrench to open it.

Ya! I got it! And I found this plastic ball floating around that looks like its for a slow release tablet or something, and bumping against the walls!! Pulled it out, now no more noise!!!
