Any idea where I can purchase the whole unit? It’s corroding and I’d love to be able to shower outside.

Thanks!!

P.S. it’s the original unit from 2011, so no wonder it’s corroded.

Got it. Did a quick search. Definitely a lot of them. But can’t find one that fits. Maybe I’ll need to make the hole bigger... never a good thing on a boat

Do you have a picture of the front? Also, look here, that’s where I got a transom shower replacement for an 2004 Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 35: https://www.scandvik.com/index.cfm?m...egory&catID=18

This is the front. It’s oval shaped.

Thx for the link! I’ll check it out.

Is it aluminum? maybe have it blasted and repaint. Add a new faucet?

If that's an aluminum assembly it's going to be quite expensive if you can find it I would imagine.

CHL you are over thinking it, a slightly bigger hole will not sink your boat. Just get a jigsaw with a fine tooth blade and enlarge the hole to fit the new unit you buy.
Cheers

Re: Jeanneau stern shower assembly. How to get it?

A friend has gotten parts for his '06 from Jeanneau parts USA, they have a website with which you must establish an account to look thru parts catalogue for your boat and order. This is apparently the same method dealers use to order parts, the website is slow, cumbersome and difficult to use. He has spoken to Gilles Rigaux in Annapolis by phone regarding some backordered parts. He's gotten a swim ladder unavailable elsewhere and the factory supplied "stack pac" canvas. Right now I can't even get their website portal to open for me. If you could get into the catalog it might tell you who manufactured the part at least.
I can't even get the right url to enter now, you'll have to google Jeanneau usa spare parts.

2011 is not that old!
Your local friendly Jeanneau agent will have access to the whole breakdown for your boat and the parts list. No point cutting holes if you do not have to.
Jeanneau are generally utterly unhelpful in my experience if approached direct. I think that they take the view that they should be insulated from the punters by putting the dealers in-between. The dealers have access to excellent digitised info from Jeanneau on the more modern boats. The factory was computerised ages ago.

Again... is it aluminum? blast and paint, or not paint it.

Good news, looks like one made by the Italian Company Nuova Rade, bad news, they are readily available in Australia and Europe but not much here in US.

The entire case is plastic. The only aluminum or whatever metal are the hot and cold water hoses.

It's the same one as used by Beneteau - at least of that era (we have a 2012 OC50, and its identical).
The plastic housing should not need to be replaced. All I have replaced since new was the hand spray as it cracked when frozen one year. The mixing valve is still as good as new. But if you need the whole thing, then you should at least be able to order from a Beneteau or Jeanneau agent.

Alternatively, Plastimo do a mixing valve that would fit in yout existing housing.

How does plastic "corrode"? (ref: your first post)
Or do you just need the faucet part?
