Jabsco y-valve assembly

I had a blocked inlet hose from our toilet to the y-valve (is was salt build up in the line and was a lovely job, thank you). Unfortunately I disassembled the inlet port from the y-valve rather than removing the clamps and now that everything is cleaned and clear I cannot get the inlet port area of the y-valve to stop leaking.

I have checked and rechecked the o rings.

Has anyone dealt with this problem?
