If you want another
electric macerating toilet, the
Raritan SeaEra is your best choice.
Raritan SeaEra Promo Sheet The "conversion"
Raritan SeaEra Conversion Promo Sheet (everything but the bowl, seat and lid) would save you some
money, especially
shipping 'cuz bowls are HEAVY...and your bowl would definitely fit it. If it's the "household" size you can buy a sturdy new seat and lid for it at any box store for a lot less than a new one from any
marine source.
This retailer has both the complete toilet and the conversion for the best
price I've found
Boatersland -Raritan SeaEra Electric Marine Toilet Boatersland - Raritan Sea Era Conversion Kit
A few words about toilet paper... Use only quick dissolve TP, but you don't have to pay the ridiculous
price for "marine/rv" to get it. Go for the "no name" off-brand TP in supermarkets. Scott "institutional" TP
sold at Costco and Sams is a good choice.
NEVER EVER flush a wet wipe!!!!
Any TP that can pass this test is safe to use in any
marine toilet:
Tear off a couple of
sheets and put 'em in a mason jar or glass of
water. Come back in an hour and shake the jar or stir the glass. If the
water is milky and all you see is "snow" that TP is can safely be flushed through any marine toilet. But if the
sheets are still intact or even mostly intact, try another brand.
However, any marine toilet will have trouble "swallowing" huge wads of even the flimsiest TP and as often as you've had to replace your joker valve, I'm guessing that someone in your
family is using way more than they need...so use limited amounts and always add water to the bowl ahead of solids. If your toilet isn't designed to bring in water and hold it, use a cup from the sink. (You can replace the
single flush button with a 3 way switch that lets you add water ahead of use, dry flush and simultaneously do both.)
