Jabsco 37010 electric toilet

Has anyone fitted this toilet to a Moody 38 cc master cabin toilet ? Does it fit under the seat ?

You'll find the dimensions on page 4 of the owners manual:

Be aware that the pump assembly can be oriented to flush out either side or the back.
