Isotherm and Dometic drop in fridge performance

Looking for info on the performance of modular, drop in refrigerators, like those made by Isotherm and Dometic. Specifically, will they keep food at safe temperatures (<40º F).

My boat was built with a massive ice chest. One of the previous owners cut out half the insulation and installed a 75l Dometic chest style fridge/freezer. It works well enough, but the install looks like crap and I’d like more capacity.

Boat is kept in Florida and sailed frequently in the Caribbean.

My preference is a drawer style fridge, such as the Isotherm Drawer 85 or 130. Although, I wouldn’t rule out a drop in chest or door style.

Online reviews are very limited, but several indicate that these units may not be able to stay cold in warmer climates.

Please share any personal experience you have with this type of unit.
