Let me know what you find out, I believe I am going to have one of the Engineers here at work do a Solid Works drawing of the tank to get Ronco to build me one, but if you come up with something better, let me know

Ronco only makes seamless rotomolded tanks...the mold has to exist or the cost to make one drives the price through the roof. If you can't find a mold that works among the 400+ in their catalog Ronco Plastics Marine Catalog your best option for a custom tank is Triple M Plastics in Maine. Triple M Plastic Products Inc

She had the drawing and is able to quickly construct a replacement tank for me. A big Thank you to Jamie for all of her help!

This is great as it will allow us to meet our sailing schedule. A plastic tank would probably have been best but this is much better than the 5 gal bucket solution. And yes, the Mrs. will be coming along.
