For our FP, best strategy has been to use a hose to force water up the hull outlet. Usually cures the problem in seconds.

In future, to protect your tank against sludge buildup , avoid using any chemicals, bleach , toilet cleaner .

These chemicals destroy the microbes in your tank that eat poop

Fresh water flush systems seem to stay clean longer than sea water flush
