Help with plastic Seacock with red/green tab on top

I'm working on a boat with European seacocks I've never seen before. They are made of plastic and have a lever on top that flips 180 degrees. One side is red and the other is green. My question is: which side is open and which side is closed? My guess is that green is open and red is closed, but wanted to see if anyone had seen these before to confirm. They are used for overboard discharge of the heads.

Thanks

Abaco,

A picture of the valve would help a lot.

This picture shows valves closed, 90 degrees off pipe.
When the valves are inline with the pipes they are open

If it flips 180 degrees, it must "cam" a shaft to open or close, similar to a gate valve "screwing" the gate open. Does the valve have a shape which would house a lifted gate slide?

Worth a thousand words...I played with it a little more and realize this thing has a plunger that moves up and down. I'm thinking down is open and up is closed. The lever on top locks it in place. Green for locked, and red for unlocked. Now I just want to know who makes it.

These have been asked about before, a couple years ago.

That's it. Thanks. Never seen one of these before.
