Neither Force 10 or Kuuma make this product anymore (have one myself).
Best option would be to try and adapt another rack to fit.

Re: Help w/ force 10 grill

The Kuumo (sp) products has a burner that will fit the older force 10 grill withe only minor mods. If "Force whatever" does not have a rack to fit, buy the next bigger size and get out your hacksaw.

Re: Help w/ force 10 grill

Most stainless kitchen sinks come with grates to keep pots from scratching the bottom. One might be close enough to fit. Or two of them wired together.

Google stainless sink grates.

Re: Help w/ force 10 grill

I had the exact same problem, many years ago. I ordered a new rack. Comes in two sizes, large and small. Later, I found the rack at the bottom of a filthy locker.

Force 10 was split and the bbq division was sold in 06. I think Force 10 only makes stoves now. The bbq division was sold to Kuuma and they continued making those bbqs under the Kuuma name. Kuuma was then sold to Camco.

So, your best bet, get good measurements and browse other grills. Or maybe you have a friend who likes to weld? Its worth it though, good bbq.

Why is nothing ever easy on a sailboat?
