Frigoboat AV35F / danfoss wont start, no errors

Hi

I have an air cooled frigomatic AV35F with the extra speed control box. It started cooling bad, and didn’t took up much amperes, but it did start the compressor. I removed the thermostat, suspecting it, and shorted the terminals on the speed control box. Since it won’t ever start.

Checked:
-voltage 12.7 (from a victron 30A charger), green power led on
-no error led signals
-thermostat closes
-manually shorted thermostat pins on speed control box
-manually shorted thermostat pins on compressor box
-checked that the speed control box shorts it’s thermostat out wires
-removed 3 pin connector from thermostat, cleaned and reseated it.
-measured resistance across the 3 terminals of the compressor as per the manual.

It seems that the speed box and the mech thermostat works but the control electronics on the compressor won’t start. However it gives no error messages. And it was working when i removed the thermostat. I can’t see any problems electronically, and the manual says the compressor is good if you can measure the same resistance across the pins.

What am I missing?
