frige freezer refit

We have 17year old front loading Frigoboat Fridge (MS160) and Freezer (MS110)on our cat, new BD 50 compressors and keel coolers were put in 2019. We mostly sail in tropics , Fiji.
The Fridge leaks badly and is really damaging the floor, and is slow to cool , the Freezer works well and only leaks a bit .
We have to take them out and repair timber damage here in New Zealand and defiantly replace Fridge but looking to keep Freezer.
Current thinking is to waterproof (fibreglass) the cabinet floor and returns , with a drain to bilge , and refit cabinets .
Looking to replace Fridge with same size Frigonautica 160 and connect to existing compressor and keel cooler , alternative is to change to air cooled compressor and still route it thru the Keel Cooler .
Also looking to add a layer of Cryogel insulation to the new Fridge as it only has 45mm of insulation (existing Freezer has 80mm)
