fresh water taps/faucets in bathroom

I need to replace the freshwater taps in my 1993 FP Antigua catamaran. A previous owner used iron screws to attach the tap handles. The rust is so bad the handles need to be destroyed to get the taps out. The taps are smaller than regular house taps. The hot-cold water mixing pipe is under the vanity surface leading to a hose that comes out as a separate combination faucet/shower. I have tried several on-line chandlers, plumbing supplies and FP to no avail. Would welcome any info to help me find these miniature taps. The photos show the disassembled tap, tap on top of vanity, and pipes under vanity.

what you need is the measurement between the handles I had the same issue in my showers Found a set in the catalog of the local boat store A standard home set is 4""
