Fixing my freezer!

everyone in the world knows NOT to use a hammer and chisel when defrosting the freezer. EVERYONE. only I was in a hurry and being careful and yep -- i poked a hole in a freezer coil. Does anyone know if I can fix this? A guy on You Tube said to use JB Weld to plug the hole, then re-gas. Anyone ever done this before? is that the best thing to do? Is there an easier way? jeez I feel stupid...
