I am running out of options. My home marina does not do this and I have called around and emailed everywhere including RV repair places. Any suggestions on where I can find a fridge person? Sorry I do not have the specs but my boat is near Kingston and I am in Ottawa.

If this is a 12 volt refrigeration unit problem 90% of the time a refrigeration technician is not required to get unit operating again. You should respond with brand of unit and model or pictures. Then describe the problem, Compressor runs and no cooling, Compressor does not run or box is not cold enough. The responses you will get may help you correct trouble with other than a local refrigeration tech.
