Cruisair SFX 12/1 - RTM - Clicking

My forward AC stopped working.

The unit turns on and runs for about a minute. Shuts down and then starts back and does two clicks, but the compressor or water pump does not come on.

What is the actual set of events?
1) A fan comes on
2) Restarts
3) Does the water pump kick on and the compressor or both at the same time or the compressor turns on first and then the water pump?

I've read that it could be a switch and/or a capacitor. Is there anything else I can check before going in?

Found the issue.
Somehow a wire was fried inside the box.
I replaced the entire wire and repaired any that were even somewhat damaged, and now all is good. The compressor kicked on, the water pump kicked on and all is good cold air.

The problem is I have no idea what caused this to happen.
